Market Saturday Update
Another glorious Saturday at the market last week! Beautiful weather and beautiful friends!
Happy faces!
Charlie too!
These ladies brought Charlie his very own bag of treats! They are always the first customers to arrive every week!
Saturday was filled with visits from old friends! I was reconnected with this mother/daughter after I attended my photography workshop at Warthan Farms! The daughter, Kim, arrived at the workshop when I did and said she recognized me! Her mom was a teacher at the High School I attended, was the head of the FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes), and also kept score for all of our softball games! Kim, who was much younger when she was hanging out at the ballfield with her mom, remembered me! Amazing! She and her mom rode down to see my mom and I! It was so good to see them!
And, we got a visit from our Waverly church friends! Jennifer and her daughter, Jessie!
And, Ally and her fiancee, Josh!
It always makes you feel so special when friends take time out of their busy schedules to come down and visit and support you!
Tom and his daughter stopped by for some soap! I have to give a shout out for Saucy's BBQ! Tom is the owner and if you haven't tried it, you should! Because it really is just that awesome! Plus, you can feel good that you're supporting local!!
More visits from friends!
Kelly and her family came down to visit and shop! Kelly was one of my very first soap customers! And, she's a biking buddy too!
Dynamo and Mike got to chat guy stuff!
And, Charlie's buddy, Dudley, came back for a little lovin'! He's a super guy who loves animals! Charlie just loves him!
To wrap up our Saturday we got a visit from a lovely family! This little guy, Joe, just made my day! He was so happy and glad to be at the market. It was so wonderful to see this lovely little boy! Isn't he adorable?
As much as we love our Saturdays, it's time for things to wind down! This Saturday will most likely be our last regularly scheduled market day!
We will return once each month so stay tuned to the email list and Facebook for updates! If you need anything please don't hesitate to contact me via email at rachel (at) dailyscrubsoap (dot) com.
I'll leave you with some scenes from last week!
Sure we've got music...
Check out Wayne's face!
Nothing but happy faces here...
Come on out this Saturday and see us! We guarantee you'll have a great time!
