Back in December a friend of mine asked if I would like to have some practice with my camera? She asked me to come and do her newborn shots once baby arrived! Wow! What an honor!!! Of course I took her up on it and in early February I spent an afternoon at her home taking pictures of her beautiful baby boy, Grady!
It was a wonderful experience to be with an 11 day old baby and his mom! It was so special to see the bond between a mom and her baby in the quiet of their home.
I truly was honored to be asked! What a special time to share!
I took almost 700 pictures that day and we spent almost 5 hours together! We laughed! We took breaks! We had only a couple of accidents!
He was so peaceful...
And such a good sport to be moved around so many times!
Even the dog, Tater Tot, got in on the action!
