Sunday Ride Recap
Dynamo and I set out on Sunday to ride at Poco. Boy, it was hot!!!! We parked at the top and rode the fireroads down to green and blue. Then, we ventured over to the Forest Exploration Trail and then onto Fendley Station Trail. We just wanted to cross the creek :) So, here's Dynamo crossing!
The water was very warm, so it didn't cool us down. But, it is always fun to see how much the water level rises and falls each time we cross.
When we finished with my portion of the ride, we had completed 21 miles. Dynamo kept on going for a little while longer, because he's in training mode and needed to get more miles in. I waited and read my magazines! Hot day, but a good ride! I was very pleased with my pace. I'm definitely able to ride at a consistent pace.
