Lemonade for sale!

What a lovely bar of soap this is!



I'm so thrilled with the colors and scent! Everything turned out great. Some of the bars have a visible star and some will have a star appear as they wash.



What do you think of the star? And...I wanted it to also look like lemon slices on the top!



This batch turned out great! I like the idea of embedding more shapes. It keeps things interesting!



This bar looks like a rainbow! It reminds me of the time I saw kids selling lemonade for 50 cents on a street corner in Richmond! To me...this is a fun bar! It makes me happy to see it and smell it!

Nut-free lavender soap

A customer came up and asked me to research creating a nut-free soap for her daughter, who is allergic to all nuts.



This past week I agreed to create a batch of olive oil soap scented with lavender. So, this was the result.



I am very pleased with the result and think this bar will be VERY creamy! I had never made a one oil soap...until now! This is a castille soap! I think other customers might like the idea too, so we'll give it a try.



Plus, as my customer said...now I can market a line of nut-free soaps. There are more people out there with allergies than we know of, so I'm looking forward to getting the feedback. I can't wait for her daughter to try it. We will be trying a bar too!!

At the market last week...

The flowers were gorgeous!



Every week they get more and more beautiful!



This week I know we will have even more pretties for our customers! I can't wait to see what the garden brings!



Charlie was the perfect dog last week at the market! He was so good! I didn't put him in his crate. He sat like a good little boy in his bed the whole time!



Until Lexi came by to visit!



I let him socialize for a little while! This little girl came up and wanted to hold him!





And, then a nearby vendor's son, Dallas, came over to give him more love! Isn't he adorable?



Dynamo stopped by a couple of times throughout his ride!

The customers were great stopping by and supporting us. We sold out thanks to the support of the shoppers.





And, the soap is doing well too! We've met lots of new friends now that we sell soap!



New scents are Mango Mango and Sun & Sand! Yum!



And, the doggie bagels continue to be quite a hit!
