Falling leaves
Dynamo took Charlie for a walk the other day. When I looked out the window they were playing in the front yard in the leaves!
Dynamo would throw the leaves in the air and Charlie would chase them! Again and again!
Charlie loves to chase everything! Moths, butterflies, bugs, lizards...you name it!
I, of course, ran outside and starting snapping pics of the boys in the yard!
Charlie got airborne a few times!
He kept trying to eat them!
Silly dog!
Then, he got the idea to roll in them!
Tossing...
And turning...
And smiling...
They must have felt so good!
We all had so much fun laughing and playing!

Rosemary Lavender Soap
I decided to test out a new fragrance, Rosemary Lavender!
I think it turned out to be a lovely soap! The rosemary smell toned down a bit to a nice combination of the two essential oils!
Rosemary Essential Oil is great for aching muscles, arthritis, dandruff, dull skin, exhaustion, gout, hair care, muscle cramping, neuralgia, poor circulation, rheumatism. But...you should avoid it if you are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, or have hypertension. Check out this site for more details.
There are lots of great benefits to essential oils. Lavender is great for relaxation and calming. Other great uses too. Check them out here.
I think the bar of soap and the cupcake go perfectly together don't you? What a cute gift pack!
Hope you're having a great day!

A little cupcake soap!
One of our customers at the market had asked if I made cupcake soap. At the time I said no, but got a wild hair and decided to give it a try!
The result wasn't too bad! What do you think?
I think they turned out super cute!
I did two scents, Lavender and Rosemary Lavender...
Hopefully the customers will like them! They would make great gifts for teenagers or for that person who has everything!

Beer soap...really?
Yes, really! I decided to try something new and different. I grabbed a bottle New Belgium's Hoptober (appropriate for the time of year I thought) and got to work! After much research I found that beer used in place of water in a soap recipe is supposedly very good for the skin.
All of that barley and hop goodness acts much like the oatmeal does and provides great moisturizing qualities to the bar!
The bars are slightly different in texture and have a different smell. They appear very creamy! There is no alcohol in the finished product, but the good for your skin stuff is still there! I added oats and some local honey to the batch along with a hint of Orange Essential Oil!
I'm anxious to try a bar! If it's as good as people say, I'll be making lots more!

Pumpkin Spice is sooooo nice!
A new fall scent for all of you pumpkin lovers out there! This scent is so yummy!
If you know me, you know I LOVE anything pumpkin! This soap just had to be made!
Very fallish in color, this soap will be a great decorating addition all while being functional!
Or, if you're having guests for Turkey Day, maybe you want them to have a special treat in their bathroom to make them feel welcome!
This soap will be ready in about a week, so email me if you're interested! Or, you can wait and catch me at the Petersburg Farmers Market. I'm thinking about going on Saturday, November 17! More on that later!

Boston Meetup
Mom and Dad took me to my 2nd meetup on Saturday!
There were lots of others just like me. It was like looking in the mirror!
Mom and Dad kept losing track of me. They said I blended in! Nothing but black and white streaks running everywhere!
This little guy wasn't like the rest of us, but he sure was funny! He really has a big head! Look at it!
I had a big time with all my buddies!
All I wanted was for someone to chase me around! I wasn't interested in the gang activity! Notice I'm running away here...
This is my kinda playing...
Here I am waiting to find my next playmate! Notice my lip is a little beat up already! I had an altercation with someone...
These guys were relentless over that toy...
Silly Bostons!
This is Sophie. She was a little grouchy, so we only said a brief "hello."
And, here's my favorite buddy, Dozer! We had a blast playing after everyone left!
I was so dirty that my parents had to hose me off before we left. We played for over an hour! I was beat! I can't wait until next month!
